ColabFold in MoleculeDesk
ColabFold combines fast MSA generation (MMseqs2) with AlphaFold-family models for quicker structure prediction.
Status: planned. ColabFold does not yet have a MoleculeDesk adapter or manifest — there's no install/run support today.
Current status
MoleculeDesk's model support table lists ColabFold as planned. See Boltz-2, ProteinMPNN, and LigandMPNN for models with adapters today.
